Last Sunday we held our first design session with 22 Sheds and Kiosk, which involved volunteers, members of the community, users of the hall and committee members all working together to discuss, plan and design how the spaces at the Mount Community Hall can be improved for the future. This included looking at the outside space and thinking about further activities that could be held in the hall. Most importantly, we talked about ways in which we can ensure the Mount stays as a community building, by looking at ways the hall can become self sustainable. Our plans and proposals are available to see at the Mount and we will be holding further meetings in the future to carry on the work we have started. If you would like to find out more or get involved, please do get in touch or watch this space for an upcoming event where you can find out more. A huge thank you to our workshop participants and workshop hosts 22 Sheds and Kiosk.
