Donating to the Mount
The Mount is a charity and we rely on donations and fundraising to continue to serve our community. If you would like to donate, please choose one of our donation links below to support a particular project, or contact us to discuss a specific idea.
Renovation of the Mount
The Mount is nearly 250 years old and, as with any building, it needs care and attention to keep it in tip-top shape. If you have a few pennies to spare and would like to support the renovation work, please donate via our JustGiving page.

Defibrillator Cabinet
We raised a fantastic £240 towards the cost of the specialised cabinet, which has now been installed at the Mount just by the front door with our defibrillator available for the community soon. Thank you for your donations to make this happen and to help save lives.
Bee and Pollinator Friendly Plants
Our local bee population will be happy, as you have donated £245 so far to help us develop the field and add more bee friendly plants. We started with planting lavender and we will add more pollinator friendly plants in the coming seasons.
Field of Dreams Developments
​We raised an amazing £314 to help with our garden equipment and supplies. Due to supply shortages, we've not spent all the money yet but have lots of plans and ideas for the future. During Summer 2021 we developed the pond, fenced it off to make it safe, and installed solar powered fountains to help keep it clean. We plan to create a decking area in the Wild Garden, add more gravel to help with maintenance, and create our own hobbit house in the field.
